I wanted to write a new article for you guys that’s on a topic that I find of immense value and I think you will too whenever you’re out in the gym and are looking for inspiration and that has to do with BLASTING through RESISTANCE. This is a topic that I’ve worked and fought on for a long time but it’s one that I really think more people should know about and is something that I’ve used in my own routines numerous times and is something that I think is really going to motivate you on your journey. Okay, you ready for it? Here’s the killer tip: Don’t view it any other way.
Really. Don’t view your fitness workouts any other way than just a part of your life. ACCEPT IT. Once you’ve fully accepted your workout routine into your life and you’ve turned it into something you do just accept it and don’t treat it as if it were anything different in your life. I think this is the best way to move forward with getting your workouts done and was probably one of the best ways that I was able to finish my routines and continue down my path as well. Whatever you persist resists and I think that concept can really be applied to my articles and how they relate to fitness and working out. If you’re not yet use to working out three to four times a week that’s FINE. There’s really nothing wrong with that as there’s an important intermediary time in between workouts when you need to make sure you’re still pushing yourself on the path but once you’re ON the path don’t think about it anymore. Commit it to long-term memory and just push it out of your peripheral because if you don’t you’re always going to be resisting against the things in your life that persist.
You’ve got to give it your all whenever you’re out there and are blasting forward and is going to absolutely demolish resistance to working out whenever you’re out and about and is probably one of the best things you could do when it comes to getting in shape. Just accept it and move on and I’m telling you you’ll see amazing things in your life. You’ve got to really commit to this though and understand that this is part of the journey and isn’t just a “stage” in your life. If it is just a stage that’s fine as I know a lot of people who ARE that way but for the majority of us who want to KEEP our change you’ve got to view it this way if you really want to start getting amazing results that that’s the truth of the matter my friend. You’ve got to always make sure you’re plowing ahead and can’t get caught up in the petty details of the moment if you’re really going to be a champion.
Those last three to four reps are the most important in any workout set and the last few routines that you ever do could be the determining factor behind getting a body that lasts and one that fizzles away and this is exactly why you should start thinking more long-term if you’re really looking to start getting lasting results.
Really look at your motivating factors behind getting in shape. What are you doing it for? If you don’t have a big enough WHY pushing you to do great things then you’re never going to get in shape and are going to be really hard-pressed to get the types of results that you’re looking for. You’ve got to blast past resistance and really show yourself who’s in the driver’s seat because if you give way to your emotions you’re going to let them pull your around like a little bitch for the rest of your life. This might sound harsh but it’s true. You’ve got to push through till the end on things like this as this is the only way that you’re going to have anything great in your life happen. If you want to really blast past resistance and stay on your narrow but steady path towards lifelong fitness (which should be everyone’s goal) then this is SOMETHING you HAVE to do. I really hope this helps, I’m going to go ahead and sign off now but just know that if you don’t have faith you’ll never achieve anything in life and that’s all I want for you friend. Just stick to the path and amazing things will happen to you, that’s all I have for now. Peace and good day.
